Apple Cinnamon Bites Recipe

What can we feed our children as a snack at home besides the normal chips, cookies, ice cream?

How about an Apple Cinnamon Bites Recipe?

Coach Carlos (Ole Soccer Nutrition & Wellness Director) has put together along with Coach Jasmine a recipe that you can make at home that will not only have your children want more but will provide a healthy solution compared to what we normally see at stores or on television.

Check out this quick video from one of our recent camp where Coach Carlos brought these snacks as well as some fruit and water for the players.
